Bloomfield is a large multi-phase development of 154 units over 16 acres. The site was developed by our sister company, Clancy Homes and built by Clancy Construction. The development began in 2016 and the last houses are scheduled for completion in Dec 2020. Access to the construction site was via an existing residential development and had to be carefully managed.

The construction team regularly liaised with the resident’s committee to ensure that construction activities had the minimum impact on residents. Each house was tailored to individual house buyer’s requirements. This was only possible through the extensive use of our project management tools and techniques. The feedback from homeowners in Bloomfield has been extremely positive with customers frequently mentioning the willingness of the site team to go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
