Cluain Glas, is a small infill development of 14, 3 and 4 bedroom family homes in the town of Castleisland, Kerry.

This was a partially developed site. Clancy Homes purchased the site and secured a new planning permission whilst addressing the legacy issues left behind from the previous development. The units were sold on a turnkey basis to an Approved Housing Body. The Clancy Homes team dealt with all aspects of acquisition, planning, finance, conveyance and project management. The construction of the units was handled by Parkway building contractors.
