The project involved the design and build of 33 dwellings which consists of 13 houses and 20 apartments. The apartment development is self-contained and has a private communal garden in addition to a common room type area. The overall development also consists of the provision of a road that divides the apartment development from the houses. The development is predominately two storeys but rises to three storeys on the existing Moyross Road.
